Challenge: A founder developing a high-performance workout scrunchie for women with thick hair needed more than manufacturing — she needed help validating fabric performance and sourcing a reliable cord lock mechanism to deliver the strong, adjustable hold her concept promised.
Solution: Morpho conducted an in-depth evaluation of the design concept, sourcing the optimal performance fabrics and cord lock components to meet the product’s durability, elasticity, and sweat-resistance requirements.
Outcome: Hair Strong launched successfully and scaled into a complete retail operation. The product earned recognition as the #1 Functional Hair Product in North America and has been featured on Good Morning America, in Allure Magazine, and at the Olympics from 2020 through 2024.
